Vehicle Lettering Mockup Deposit
Before starting a custom vehicle lettering project, we create a visual mockup to properly plan the design, placement, dimensions, and material requirements.
Every vehicle is different, and the size of a logo or lettering on screen does not always match the actual size needed on the vehicle. Creating a mockup allows us to determine a more realistic layout and estimate the total amount of vinyl or printed material required before providing the final production price.

Why A Mockup Is Necessary
The mockup is not only used to show you how the design may look.
It also helps us determine:
- The realistic size of logos and lettering
- Placement on doors, panels, windows, or other vehicle areas
- Overall graphic coverage
- How much vinyl or printed material will be required
- The complexity of the final installation
- A more accurate final project price
Without this step, it can be difficult to accurately determine the amount of material and labor required for a custom vehicle lettering project.
$100 Deposit Applied Toward Your Project
The $100 payment is a design and planning deposit.
If you approve the final estimate and move forward with the vehicle lettering project, the full $100 will be credited toward your final project total.
If the project does not move forward, the deposit covers the time already spent creating the mockup, planning the layout, and preparing the estimate.
Mockup Files
The mockup is provided as a visual preview only.
You will receive a non-editable preview file showing the proposed vehicle lettering concept.
This service does not include:
- Editable design files
- Vector files
- CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or other source files
- Production-ready artwork
- Logo vectorization
- File preparation for use by another sign or printing company
The purpose of the mockup is to preview and plan the vehicle lettering project, not to provide finished design files for outside production.
Important
This service is for design, planning, and mockup preparation only.
Printing, vinyl materials, installation, removal of existing graphics, and other production services are quoted separately as part of the final vehicle lettering estimate.
The deposit is non-refundable once design work has started.

Final Approval
Once the mockup and final estimate are approved, we can move forward with production.
Your $100 Vehicle Lettering Mockup Deposit will then be deducted from the final approved project total.
